A 13,500 sqft indoor pickleball club in a Kowloon Bay basement: six regulation courts, reception, and a café-style viewing bay, planned around a low structural soffit that drives the court layout.
位於九龍灣地庫、面積 13,500 平方呎的室內匹克球會所，設六個標準球場、接待處及咖啡座觀賽區，並因應較低的結構樓底高度規劃球場佈局。

A 1,200 sqft commercial fit-out using demountable glass partitions and an exposed services ceiling, designed for a small post-production studio.

Reorganised a 480 sqft residential shell into a single open volume with a structural island and integrated storage along the perimeter wall.
